Participated in “The Future Unlocked by Quantum Computing—Challenges Quantum Computing Must Solve” hosted by Osaka University.

On Thursday, December 5, at the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Shibusawa Hall, the Outreach Team of the Omori Project participated in the event “The Future Unlocked by Quantum Computing—Challenges Quantum Computing Must Solve”, hosted by Osaka University and the Center for Quantum Information and Quantum Biology (QIQB).

The event featured lectures by three leading researchers in the field, along with a panel discussion that incorporated diverse perspectives from both academia and industry. It provided an invaluable opportunity to understand the potential of quantum computing technology and the realistic challenges it faces.

As the quantum field demands greater involvement from younger generations and additional capital, it is hoped that such events will inspire more people to take an interest in quantum computing research.
